After taking a day's rest from his previous session of intense gravity training, Neylo decides he is ready to take his training to new heights. He enters the familiar metallic room from the other day, the door closing and locking behind him when he enters. He activates the control panel on the column in the center of the room and sets the gravity to fifteen times Earth's gravity, five higher than his first session.
The pull of this higher gravity causes him to take a very low stance. His knees are bent at nearly a ninety degree angle and his arms are flat against his sides. His head is jerked down until his chin touches his chest. "Grrr...." This gravity won' keep me down! If somethin' like this can bea' me then how could I expect to face a real enemy? He questions himself, giving himself motivation for the difficult training ahead.
He skips the walking step and goes straight to running in this new gravity. His speed is slightly less than his speed yesterday, but his form and balance seem to be maintained. He completes several laps around the room this time. He stops after the seventh lap, confident that he can move from running to practice combat stances and moves.
He starts off slowly, taking a wide horse stance. He performs rhythmic punches from the horse stance. Left, right, left, right, etc. until he has managed one hundred punches with each arm. He then begins doing forward kicks from the horse stance. He switches between legs just as he had with arms until he's done one hundred kicks with each leg.
Sweat pours from his brow and drips from his nose and chin. He knows he's in the final stretch for today. He leaves the horse stance and begins free form shadow boxing. He throws a barrage of punches and follows it with a full spin kick. When the kicking foot touches the floor he kicks off into the air with it and does a rising knee with his other leg. He catches himself in front of the control panel and ends his training on a good not, turning the machine off.
