1. You may not engage in more than 4 missions/jobs/quests a week; unless if one is something like a board-wide plot such as the World's Martial Arts Tournament. The Staff will let everyone know when thats the case, or if more or less missions become available.
2. If a Mission has multiple parts, then those parts do not count as separate missions. For example, the Climb Korin's Tower mission has three parts; all are considered part of the same mission. If a mission requires multiple threads in different locations, its still the same mission.
3. You can use your transformations or other power level enhancing techniques to override Power Level requirements for taking missions. However remember the context of which the transformations are taking place. If your transformation renders you mindless, makes you too large, eats a way at your body and etc.... you might not be able to reasonably fulfill your mission in some cases! So be careful with those, as we Staff actually read your posts.
4. You can welcome other players to join your training Mission threads, such as the gravity chamber one. However remember that the general Spar/Fighting rules do not apply to missions, as they already have a tallied bonus for them. Instead, you will only be given a small reward for RPing with someone else. Therefore as the Site Rules state, under Rule 9 of the Roleplaying rules subsection states:
5. All finished Missions must be graded by the Admins, before they can be added in for your stats. If you haven't done so, check out the Grade my training and Stat Update sections for more information, and do what is done there.

Sparring while training: Yes, you may spar while you train. The downside, your minimum requirements for training/quests go up by 1. The plus side..the power level increase given goes up by 1000 and the stat point boosts/point allotment allowance goes up by 5.
