Over all- Despite his creator's best efforts, Android Sixteen is a quiet, peace-loving machine. He abhors fighting and avoids it whenever he can. He would much rather sit under a tree and quietly watch the birds and the clouds go by. Though his mission to kill Goku still exists in his programming, he values life as a whole too much to fight only to kill an innocent man. While he does not like to fight if he can avoid it, he believes that there are some causes worth fighting for. The protection of life is the most prominent of these causes. When it comes to his interactions with others outside of battle, Sixteen generally keeps to himself. Most times he will only speak when he is addressed unless he feels it would be important for him to say something otherwise.

Attacks
[/li][li] Hell's Flash - Sixteen grabs both of his forearms under his armpits and detaches them at the elbows. He then launches two devastating waves of yellow energy at the target. This is Sixteen's most powerful attack.
[/li][li] Hell's Impact - Sixteen can launch one or both of his fists off of his elbows similar to Rockets to deliver exceptionally powerful long range punches to his opponents.
[/li][li] Eye Beam - A simple dual laser fired from Sixteen's eyes. It is only slightly more powerful than a standard energy blast, but it travels at incredible speeds and can catch opponents off guard.
[/li][li] Explosive Wave - A full body radial burst of energy. It is meant to disrupt opponents' attacks and knock them back.

Weaknesses:
-Sixteen is noncombative for the most part. He would not fight back simply for the sake of his own life. Other lives would have to be at stake as well.
-On a similar note, if someone were to attack nature or an innocent person he would throw himself in the way of the attack to defend them even if he knew he would be annihilated.
-Being a fully mechanical android does have a disadvantage in and of itself. Training is practically useless to Sixteen aside from the potential battle data it could yield. If he wishes to advance in power and abilities, he will have to rely on technology.
History:
Sixteen's story leading up to his destruction at the hands of Cell is well known. Since he was entirely mechanical in origin he lacked a spirit, and thus could not enter other world when he was destroyed. Effectively Sixteen ceased to exist at that point. When Heroes and Villains from Other world started reappearing in the living realm, Sixteen was reconstructed in the location of his demise. He was uncertain of how or why this happened, and it took a moment for his systems to complete their diagnostics and reboot.
He realized that he was indeed alive again, and that things had changed dramatically. His power was severely diminished, and when he detected the familiar powers of the Z-fighters the situation seemed the same for them. Still, the Earth appeared to be at peace for now. Apparently Gohan had been able to defeat the monster, Cell. A quick scan of the area revealed it to be the place where that fateful battle took place.
He was not certain how much time had passed in his absence, but he had no intention of sitting idly like this forever. When his systems were operational he lifted off the ground and headed for West City. He knew the woman, Bulma, that had worked on him lived there. Maybe she could provide him with information as to what had transpired.

The large android sat in an alleyway outside of a grocery store in the slums of East city. He had merely been enjoying a mostly sunny day and watching birds in the park when it began to rain. The rain started out slow, but quickly escalated to a total downpour. Now he was looking disappointed that he could not continue his previous task. He was about to temporarily shut down until the rain went away when he heard something. It was the sound of tiny kittens meowing at the end of the alley. When Sixteen peered around the dumpster he was sitting next to in order to see what state they were in, he frowned. They had been left in a box with the words "Free Kittens" written on it.
He pulled their box under the roof's overhang where he'd been sitting and went out of the alley. He promptly turned into the grocery store and grabbed a quart of milk. He left a small sum of zenni on the counter as he exitted the store without a word. He moved around the corner and back under the overhang, sitting down next to the kittens in the box. He cupped one of his large hands and poured some milk into it, lowering it into the box so the kittens could drink. He smiled as their cries of discomfort stopped. He would watch over them until they were all claimed, making sure they didn't get rained on or left without food anymore.
