Once the two were outside facing one another at a fair distance from Yamcha's house, Neylo completely relaxed his stance. With the fact that he was tipsy and the sandstorm, he had a little trouble balancing so he swayed from left to right as he kept himself upright. "This sandstorm is nothin'. Ones back home would cover entire villages in ten fee' o' sand an' the people would have to dig their way ou' o' their own houses."
Once Yamcha had his stance, Neylo would not wait for him to begin. He would dash forward, making short wavering motions as he moved forward. He attacked with a quick one-two punch followed with a reverse horse-shoe kick. Though there was a general framework to his attacks, his tipsy state made his movements unorthodox and more unpredictable than normal.

Yamcha was somehow thrilled when the match began, feeling the excitement and attempting to ignore the sandstorm as much as possible. While he had zero knowledge whatsoever of his opponent's skills, he was still intrigued by the fact he's battling an alien and he has the chance to test his strength again. But all this talk about his home with sandstorms and such really made him wonder, where exactly did this guy come from?
There was no time to waste. Yamcha replied to Neylo's fists with his own hands, blocking the one-two punches and feeling the real intensity and dense power of the alien's force. Soon, he was to block with his arms crossed against the horse-kick, pushing him straight backwards but he didn't back down. His turn to attack came soon after and with the regular shouting movement, he jumped forward just to throw in a punch with his right hand and raise his left knee. If those two were to fail, a flip above the alien would be made and his leg would befall right upon the back of his enemy's head.

Just as Neylo expected, his senses weren't lying to him. Yamcha was, indeed, an impressive fighter. He was skilled, fast, and strong. He smiled when Yamcha defended from his attacks so well. This would be a good fight. The wild sandstorm blowing around them was a fitting environment for their battle. "Come at me, mate!" Neylo shouted as he brought his leg down from the kick that knocked Yamcha back.
He threw his left arm up and his forearm collided with Yamcha's to deflect his opponent's first punch. As Yamcha's forearm slid across Neylo's his knee would hit its mark in Neylo's right side. He bent to his right slightly from the impact, but the pain that he should have felt was strangely dulled. Could it have been the alcohol? He barely flinched from the knee to the side and brought both arms up to block the heel coming at his head, quickly leaping forward and turned around, sliding through the sand to get out from under his foe and avoid any further aerial attacks for the time being. "You're good, mate, bu' we're jus' gettin' started." He would waste no time in rushing his opponent again. He would fire off a couple of basic energy blasts mid-dash to hopefully distract Yamcha and set up for his next move. Once in range he would swing a hard right punch for Yamcha's jaw, not stopping the rotation. He would continue to spin and come around with a hard downward chop with his left hand aimed at Yamcha's collarbone and finish up with a heavy full spin kick at his foe's ribs with his right leg.

Yamcha's successful knee attack was soon followed by an unsuccessful kick, seeing as Neylo blocked it with his arms up. For someone rather drunk, he still held on to his senses which was an impressive feat considering the type of drink the bandit served him earlier. Soon, the human was to face a few attacks coming from the other side. Basically saying, the hits that got him were those basic Ki-based attacks, the blasts hitting Yamcha's back and causing a small smokescreen to be quickly blown away by the sandstorm as the alien rushed at the human. But in truth, he was nowhere near done with his attacks, as a rush with a few hits was to be triggered upon the bandit's body.
Though, the long-haired fighter wouldn't let him have his way too easily, landing his feet and quickly matching his body to the attacks, almost like a mirror but strangely keeping on to a much faster rush attack coming at Neylo from all sides. "Wolf..." He said with a seemingly angry face, bursting into a great rush consisted of incredibly quick fists coming one after another at his alien enemy. "Fang..." He kept on with the rushing fists, doing anything he could to blow his enemy away from him with those attacks. His feet were also not vulnerable for those hits had a few inserted kicks here and there form second to second.
He was going to finish with opening both palms directly at his enemy. "Fist!!"

Neylo was quite surprised to find himself being overtaken by the bandit's beyond impressive speed. First he only defended against Neylo's attacks, but he did not stop after he was safely protected. He went from parrying to an all out assault against the red alien. Blow after blow began knocking Neylo about. Again he felt each attack, but the pain wasn't as bad as expected. He was still getting frustrated that he was being smacked around, though, and shouted as his aura sprang to life around him, "Aaaahhhhh...." He put both arms in front of him in an 'x' formation. When Yamcha made it to the word 'Fang' he would find a distinct change in the effectiveness of his attacks.
Neylo's aura would harden into a solid form, the ripples and waves in his energy now like jagged edges in the wall that was his energy. If Yamcha intended to finish his attack, he would be doing more damage to his hands and feet than anything else by slamming them against those sharp points. A special technique Neylo picked up while in Other World, the Aura Shards technique was invaluable against opponents who preferred physical attacks like the one Yamcha just used. "How d'ya like my Aura Shards?"

Yamcha noticed the move being used and hesitated, even if for a second, if it is a good idea to continue fighting but came up with a certain idea - for if they were to battle and Yamcha's career was on the line, surely he can fight only with his legs for a short while. There was no room for doubt in a fight and he would exert a little more power if necessary, enough to knock Neylo out of his defenses - which were now solid and sharp enough to inflict several bruises on the human's hands as he made his rush at the enemy, attempting to win at all costs with the Wolf Fang Fist. That was, after all, his signature move and if he wasn't able to use then it was not going to lead anywhere good. He would have to shield himself better, for his enemy was capable of turning the defensive into offensive. Nice trick.
The bandit didn't back down at all. In fact, he fully inserted his double open palm directly to the Aura Shards, injuring his hands and nearly creating a few pierces in them but it was all worth it if his target was to be taken by surprise by this risky action and the following one - a blue sphere in his hands forming only to create a beam much later. "Kamehameha!!" He shouted as the beam was launched at Neylo from close range. If this tactic works, his hands' injury wouldn't be for nothing and some medium-level damage would be inflicted on the enemy.
Then again, this was just a spar. He was to cut it out with the sudden usage of Ki attacks if this attack would be successful for sheer fairness of not wanting to kill each other.

Apparently Neylo wasn't the only one here who could take punishment well, because Yamcha didn't stop his attack despite what it was doing to his hands. Neylo was about to retaliate again when a blue orb made itself known from Yamcha's extended palms. He raised an eyebrow at it, realizing what had just happened. His Aura Shards wasn't designed to block energy attacks. When the beam erupted from Yamcha's hands, the hardened ki shattered under its power.
Neylo's leather jacket was practically incenerated and the shirt he had on underneath was left tattered at best. His hair was even a little singed. His upper body had smoke rolling off of it in a couple of places and he looked dumbfounded for a moment. "Well done, mate." He coughed out with a smirk on his face. He then opened his palms and twisted his wrists so that his palms were facing Yamcha, his arms still crossed in front of his chest. He immediately let two more energy blasts fly at his opponent , one from each hand. At the same time he would leap upward and then zoom back down full force, aiming to shoulder slam Yamcha into the dirt from above. Neylo's favorite physical technique, the Terra Crash, was about to slam his opponent if he had anything to say about it.

Yamcha smiled widely has his plan apparently worked. The Kamehameha wave was a powerful move capable of even extinguishing fire and beyond it with the brute force it packs, it was also a great source for pushing against something but this time it had its natural usage used: sheer force against an enemy. Neylo survived the attack with apparently a few bruises, to his comment the bandit can only reply with a simple: "Thanks, you're not half bad yourself." The man was drunk a little and was still focusing only on the fight, also operating very well. This guy was strong.
Soon though, the warrior was on the defensive again as the two Ki blasts approached to meet the rock behind of Yamcha, the lad dodging the blasts by skipping sideways - then sensing the danger coming from above. It was his alien opponent and guest ironically, planning to slam him down to the sandy ground in a powerful smash to the shoulder, which would most likely break his arm easily. If he couldn't use the After-Image to move as fast as he did, the long-haired was a complete goner. Thus, dodging the move he replied by appearing at the exact same spot with a kick aimed at his enemy's head like an Axe-drop or a guillotine, continuing this combination with a headbutt.

Neylo thought Yamcha was fast before, but what the bandit had just done put him on a new level in Neylo's mind. Before he could react he was doubly smashed into the ground by his own attack and then again by Yamcha's fierce axe heel. A third impact came from the long haired man's headbutt, shoving Neylo's face farther into the sandy ground. Taking so many hits wasn't cohesive to a winning strategy. Neylo was heavily dazed at the moment. So much so that it took him a second or two to realize that his face was shoved into the sand and that he had a mouthful of the same.
He lifted his head up after Yamcha's attacks and spit out large amounts of sand, repeatedly spitting several times until his mouth was comfortable enough to not need to anymore. He wiped his lips and face with a piece of his shirt sleeve. He stumbled to his feet, leaning his head back and looking down his nose at his opponent. "Wha' a ringer! Haha..." He shook his head quickly to and fro as if trying to shake things back into place. He raised one hand and fired off a quick, palm diameter beam of yellow energy at Yamcha. "Luna Breaker!" The uncharged, one handed version of his own beam technique was its weakest form, so there was probably no risk of death in this case, but it would most likely still hurt.

It looks like his strategy worked in a way, for Neylo did not expect what was coming at him from the warrior's side, using the After-Image to create a diversion then appearing again and delivering the blows one after another to the alien's head. He was proud of his record although the damage he took was quite hard to comprehend and endure, for his pierced hands could get a little worse but it didn't help him when he tried posing with the thumbs up directed to his chest. Ah well, fighters take damage as well as deliver blows, thus it is natural for such a thing to happen.
Yamcha laughed a little after hearing the guest's comments about his speed and couldn't help but just agree with him. The Turtle School focuses not on Endurance but on Speed while Korin taught him to chase cats even if it isn't the best kind of training. "Haha, guess so! I'll reward you with showing you an attack of mine I haven't tested out just yet." He said, giving the chance to Neylo to see the new attack he learned recently. Actually, it wasn't the strongest possible but it was enough as he took both hands backwards, sort of creating space between his palms as a purple spark appeared between them, his whole body drawn backwards as he was prepared to take on whatever Zig would throw at him.
The moment the Luna Breaker was released, so was the bandit's brand new attack. "Galick Gun!!" He yelled out as his entire body was engulfed by the the aura, just an effect of this beam. Though, uncharged and inexperienced, the colliding waves of energy resulted in Yamcha beginning to lose a little as the opponent's beam started to overpower his own Galick Gun slightly. "Ngh!..."

Now the real battle began. Neylo had been hoping for something like this. The two waves of energy clashed in between Neylo and Yamcha. The contrast of colors made it easily visible who was winning the fight now. Yamcha seemed to have the upper hand when it came to physical combat, but Neylo looked to be superior in the spiritual power of Ki. "Now we ge' to the good stuff!" Since it looked like Neylo was winning for now, he decided not to unveil his full strength just yet. He was only using one arm for their battle at the moment.
He kept the flow of his energy as steady as he could. He'd only use more if it was necessary to protect himself from further injury. He had bruises all over and a pounding headache. That didn't even mention the fact that he was seeing one and a half Yamchas instead of just one.

Yamcha was obviously losing in terms of battling with Ki techniques, but what could you expect from him. His entire life he was using physical attacks, or Ki empowered physical attacks and besides - even if the opponent was using only one arm for his wave, the bandit's Galick Gun was brand new move he never tested out. "Hehe... I guess we can turn the volume up a bit then!!" He said as his look turned into a more angry one, steadily rising his voice from the lower tones as he put in more power into his wave.
If the warrior would have chose to use the Kamehameha wave for example at the start or his own Spirit Ball, this was surely his victory with no doubts - the enemy was weakened and used only a single arm instead of two, while his vision was obviously blurry due to the sandstorm. A more experienced move such as the two mentioned would pay off way better than the newcomer Galick Gun, but it was too late for the long-haired fighter to withdraw his attack. That's what was, and that's what there will be until the clash between the two waves ends. But for now, thanks to inserting more Ki to his attacks, Yamcha was gaining an upper hand over the weakened beam.

Yamcha had turned up the heat and raised the level this fight was taken to. Neylo eyed the incoming purple energy closely, waiting till it was close enough as to not be a blurry purple blob in his vision. When it was clear enough for him to determine where his energy ended and the Galick Gun began, he thrust his other arm forward to unite with the one currently firing his Luna Breaker. He would fire off another Luna Breaker with his free hand and merge the two beams into a single more powerful version of the same attack. He had not put forth his full strength just yet, and it seemed like they were at a stalemate now.
"Ya go' anythin' else to throw a' me, you'd best do i' now. I'm no' goin' down withou' a real figh'!" He shouted across the clashing beams to his opponent. This was not just a battle. It was feeling more like a battle between rivals to Neylo with each passing moment. His blood was really pumping.

Yamcha noticed he was somehow winning, a feeling of relief falling upon the great adrenaline that ran through his body as the purple ray of energy approached Neylo, only to see further to his alien friend shooting with another hand another one of those rays, merging them together. He was not using his full strength yet, but it was certainly a lot for the human to handle as it already was, getting both of the rays for equal power. Doubtfully the bandit could stop the attack by just calling it off, the physical stamina he wastes on merely shooting this inexperienced beam is more than enough to tire him as it is - yet he has to keep going if he doesn't want to get struck in the face like his guest did earlier there. And then it occurred to him that perhaps there's another way to win this fight, by bringing it to physical combat again.
But that strategy would have to wait until the outcome of those clashing beams will be released because as they are now, nothing is going to advance. "Argh!... Real fight, huh!? I'll show you a real fight!!" His voice raised even more, now shouting as the beam was enlarged, a burst coming right off the glowing body of the human. That burst of Ki would most likely overpower Neylo's beam to the point of winning this, but obviously the other one had a secret in store as well. After all, he wouldn't be requesting further advancing of those two beams if he didn't have a backup plan. But Yamcha gladly accepted his challenge, once again.
How long has it been since he felt like this?

At last it happened. There were no doubts in the blonde alien's mind that his opponent wasn't holding back anymore. This was a truly honorable fight between two proud warriors. Neylo refused to let this fight be dishonored by not giving it everything he had left. Only three words escaped his lips after he saw the enormous burst of energy from his opponent, and it was doubtful that the bandit would hear them. "Challenge accepted, mate."
In that instant, Neylo's white aura rose to full strength around him as he exerted every last drop of energy he had left in one final attack. Win or lose, this fight would be over no matter the results of the clash. It was down to the wire, all or nothing.
