A normal day on Earth, a normal day in Mountain Paozu as well. Yamcha, a desert bandit, just came back from one of the more successful loot stealing he managed to pull this week, feasting along with his best friend Puar in this afternoon. It's lucky that the pair managed to return home before the sandstorm trashed the entire desert around, leaving the two protected in their den.
The outside was sandy, the storm clearly being more powerful than the usual - something not really nice to see, but fascinating if you're watching. The rocky trees, the fossilized pillars were starting to break at the force of the wind noting how powerful it was, not really needing to cause actual whirlwinds for a storm as powerful as that. The sandy ground was under a turmoil, most likely unable to remain in its place due to the storm. The skies were orange, as the sun was not really setting down - but the foggy skies reflected the light in a different way.
"Great day Puar!" Said the bandit as he took in a sip form his favorite drink, safe and sound, happy as he is in his den. Protected from any danger, he sat there and ate along with his cat companion, which as usual praised his great work. "You were great, Lord Yamcha! Nobody can beat you!!" He said gladly, jumping around before beginning to eat. But those words he said somehow interfered with the long-haired warrior's day, knowing there are people way stronger than him out there. Like Goku, for one.

With a cloak wrapped around him and a hood covering his face, Neylo made his way through the intense sandstorm that surrounded the hideout of Yamcha, the Desert Bandit. The wind and sand pelted him ever step, threatening to send him flying if he lost his footing even for a second. When I find this Yamcha guy, I'm gonna take him ou' like the trash he is. Stealin' is a crime, an' this thug is gonna pay for i'. He thinks as he presses on. He calls up his aura and hardens it around him using his Aura Shards technique to make the trek easier.
And during their meal safely in the hideout, the two would hear a knock at the door. Probably a rather curious thing to here considering the sandstorm was raging outside. Neylo had let his technique dissolve for now. He had to conserve as much energy as he could. For now he would wait on the door to be opened to allow him entry. He was an honorable individual, after all. He wouldn't just bust in and start attacking without warning.

Oddly enough, this thing shouldn't have happened, but a knock on the door leading to the den clearly saying with the sign "Yamcha's Hideous" was heard by the two individuals inhabiting the place. Why would there be someone walking off like that in the middle of such a strong sandstorm like this? This ought to be very suspicious. Therefore, good planning ahead is required.
Yamcha alone appeared on the opening, taking a look at the suspicious identity that just arrived. He had a cloak and a hood, covering his entire body, something he didn't like seeing the sandstorm is slightly entering his house due to the open door. "Yeah?" He asked while looking at the person with a completely different look than what expected, actually an inviting face.

Neylo pulled back his hood and pulled the cloth of the cloak down from his mouth. "My name is Neylo Zig. Mind if I step inside? I actually have some business with you, assumin' you are the Yamcha tha' I've heard abou'." He waited for the bandit's reply. Rudeness was not part of his moral code. Of course, standing in the sandstorm with the door open probably wasn't in the best of interests for either of them.
If Yamcha allowed him in, he would step inside and take off his cloak. He'd kept the majority of the sand out of his clothing, among other potential places it could have gone. "Sandstorm reminds me of home. Haha..." He wouldn't speak of his business just yet. He had to make sure that he and Yamcha were on good terms. Or he wanted to be, at least.

Once removing the hood from his mouth so he could speak, Yamcha took a slight look at his mouth as much as he could see, noting to see he's not entirely what he expected him to be, though the bandit's prediction was correct: judging only by his Ki level, this guy is no ordinary guy if human at all. It still didn't let him get to the best of him though, the warrior could use some company.
"Sure, come in!" He said with a proud glare, escorting the man into the house (quite forcefully, but that would easily be justified with the sandstorm going outside) and closed the door after his enter. He stated earlier his name is Neylo Zig, quite the weird name and not the most common one on Earth. Maybe he's royalty or some sort? "I was just dinning, wanna join?" Kindly enough though, the bandit invited this new person to feast with him.

Neylo did not resist when Yamcha pulled him into the house. He moved on in with the push. He raised an eyebrow when Yamcha asked him to join his dinner feast. Generosity didn't sound like a trait that a terrible desert bandit with Yamcha's reputation would have. This was a strange situation indeed. Still, Neylo wouldn't turn down the meal. He hadn't eaten in a few hours anyway, and dinner would give him time to get on Yamcha's good side, he hoped. From what he could sense of the bandit, Yamcha was no slouch. He was at least on par with Neylo, if not stronger.
"I appreciate i', mate. I' certainly smells tasty." He grabbed a chair and pulled it out from the table so he could sit down. "Pardon me for sayin', bu' I didn' expect someone with your reputation to be so generous...an' to an alien to bea' i' all. Awfully kind of ya, though, mate." Neylo took a plate and a hunk of meat from their feast and began eating.

Yamcha chuckled slightly at Neylo's perception of the notorious bandit Yamcha and his cat companion Puar. The cat was sitting somewhere in the house, probably in his own bedroom after a meal as large (sort of) as this one, for his small structure can easily be satisfied and the rest of the food would be kept for other days. Luckily, there's no someone here to help him finish all of that before it rots away.
So he admitted to being an alien, actually having the weird look that humans wouldn't normally have if at all, but still a humanoid figure. Some would think of him to be the lately popular, man-beast hybrid thing. "Don't let it bother you man, stereotypes never have been on my good side." He declared with a small laugh and took another primitive bite from his well-roasted steak. It would seem that aside for being a bandit, he's having a regular lifestyle.
"What brings you here anyway?"

Neylo nodded to his comment on stereotypes. They seemed to be used far too readily and almost always had negative implications. "You're righ' abou' tha', Yamcha." He took another bite of the steak. He set down the steak when Yamcha asked that question. With a heavy sigh he began his reply, "I'm a law-bringer of sorts, mate. An' you runnin' around stealin' an' lootin' like you have been, today specifically, jus' isn' gonna fly with me. So after we finish this meal, you an' I are gonna step outside an' we're gonna throw down. I can' le' you ge' off for tha' crime so easily. Understand? Nothin' personal. You seem like an alrigh' guy to me."
He picked the steak back up and took another bite, following it down with a drink of water. "No need to ruin a good meal because of business, though, right?" He chuckles and takes a very large bite.

To be honest, the long-haired warrior was surprised to see that the alien could speak so calmly of beating Yamcha outside after they finish the meal. It's a good thing though that the bandit was prepared for this sort of thing, knowing the sandstorms of Paozu quite well and therefore acknowledging this guy's strength before he set foot in his house. Therefore, giving him a chance to enjoy himself and not attempting to get the combat on too early, the man ordered his companion to sip at least half a bottle of any kind of alcoholic drink to the same bottle of water the two drink from.
Yamcha of course, avoided falling into his own plan by sipping in from his half-full glass, the steak he eats already being halfway on the end. He will go for seconds though, which could put him in danger, but hey, who cares. Getting drunk is another gift from life. "I see it man, but stealing is what I do. I'm also restricting it lately to only other bandits, so it should be kosher with you." He declared as he took another bite, slicing up the meat. "But really, it's surprising to see you actually coming all the way here just to tell me that. Wouldn't you wanna stay for some entertainment maybe?" Yamcha obviously took a liking to Neylo. He seemed like someone fair and honorable, not the kind to just throw punches randomly in rage. Perhaps the liquor won't be needed after all.

Neylo says nothing more until he has finished eating his steak. He makes sure to drink plenty of water, too. It looked like water, but it didn't smell like it. It also burned a bit on the way down. Neylo was not unfamiliar with such beverages. Bars across the galaxy he was from had such drinks. He was never the type to engage heavily in drinking. He felt a little light-headed at the moment, but nothing more.
"The steak was good, thanks, mate. Your drink was deceptive, and no' really my style. Loss of judgment an' all tha' don' really appeal to me. I'll relax an' wai' for you to finish if you don' mind." He leaned back in his chair, lacing his fingers behind his head with a more carefree smile on his face than usual. He wasn't fully drunk, but it would be clear that the drinks he had taken were affecting him.

It appears as if Yamcha's plan was successful, but he himself fell victim to it too after his glass of water had run out of liquid and he had to take a refill. It's not like it was the worst scenario possible, just that it would be better off driving not drunk to ensure you're not going to get yourself toasted in the middle. Speaking of driving, on the warrior's schedule were another few things to do before the fight, but that would most likely have to wait until later on.
Neylo's funny smile noted he was getting more light-headed, which was good for the next answer could prove how well is this man's plan going to go. "Alright, thank you for the meal." Yamcha claimed as he bowed his head and clapped his hands against one another, blessing the gods for the food he was given. "Now Neylo, was it? You don't mind waiting here a couple of minutes, do ya? I've got some stuff to get in the city, it won't take long." He said while heading towards one of the rooms.

Neylo leaned forward when Yamcha spoke, the front legs of his chair hitting the floor with a 'thud' in stereo. "So long as you don' go stealin' anythin' while you're gone, go ahead. I know you won' abandon your home. To make sure, the ca' stays here. 'Kay?" He smirks, feeling exceptionally good about himself and about life in general. Yamcha didn't seem to be taking things as hard as he expected. Heck, Yamcha was practically a model citizen compared to the guys that wanted Neylo to put him in his place.
"We're still gonna have our figh'. I migh' no' rough ya up as bad as I would have, bu' you still committed a crime." He nodded and poured himself another glass. This feeling was pretty good. Why had he never done this before?

Yamcha smiled proudly towards his guest before making his leave, taking a single capsule and a bunch of Zenni in his pocket. The capsule contained a Capsule Corp Helicopter, just the vehicle he needed for traveling in these hard conditions. And so, outside of the house on the roof, he threw the capsule and it exploded, just to turn into a yellow helicopter with the Capsule Corp symbol drawn over its sides.
It hasn't been 15 minutes before Yamcha returned home with a few capsules, simply declaring his return upon coming back. "Puar, I'm home!" He shouted, expecting a greet from the cat but getting non. Oh, that's right, he was asleep in his room... Oh well, not much to do about that now. What the warrior went to buy was actually some polishing color and sprays to keep the pain on one of his vehicles from oxidizing. "Hey. Back. Just thought that if I'm to get beaten, I better get to do some other priority stuff first." He said, referring to cleaning one of his vehicles apparently.

By the time Yamcha made it back, Neylo had sipped his way down another full glass of the drink. He'd eaten another steak, too, but that probably didn't matter to Yamcha. "Back so soon, mate? Ah, well. Now we can step ou'side an' ge' down to the real reason I'm here, righ'?" He stood up from his chair a bit shakily, sliding it underneath the table before turning and slowly making his way to the door and finally outside again.
Strangely, he didn't seem any more drunk than he was before. Yamcha might be a bit surprised by this. Of course, Neylo was still drunk, but after another full glass surely he must have been more unstable than he actually was, right? "C'mon, Yamcha. You did the important stuff. Now le's do the enjoyable par' of our little meeting."

Yamcha sighed. He didn't really want to engage into combat with his guest, knowing he would though at some point but preferring to delay it as much as possible. Plus, the sandstorm was going on outside, there will hardly be any way to fight properly with the great screen of camouflaging sand parts going around forward and backward, while the wind itself is more than powerful enough to blow each of them away. Still, Neylo wanted a fight - thus he will get one.
It was weird, but the man didn't care anymore for his guest's drunk state in the fight nor did he know he ate another steak and drink another sip from the alcoholic water. "Okay, you've asked for it pal." Yamcha declared as he stepped outside, following Neylo but beginning to walk further away from the alien, away from the house. By common sense, he didn't want to get his own place endangered.
