The first time ever coming to this planet and he already had an encounter with a human specie. Amazing how their skin was the same as the saiyan and this fella was defiantly different having scars on his face. This guy was wanting to fight a real saiyan, so he would so get to spar with one. Shorty stood his ground in the grass lands waiting for his opponent to show up.
If this human male would not make it then sorry about his luck. The wind blew slightly catching hair of Shorty blowing it around with ease. His eyes narrowed as his scouter began to beep. Was it his opponent or rather just some weakling patrolling around and beating around the bush? Nope it was weaklings. Shorty was growing slightly bored that man needed to hurry up. He didn't HAVE ALL DAY! Shorty tapped his foot although it made no sound due to the grass was like a sound barrier to the noise.

The amount of time the Saiyan waited was indeed rather long, waiting for his opponent to arrive on this grassy land but at the very least he could use his time to look around and enjoy the weather. Not that it was at its best though, the skies were rather dark and covered by the clouds - soon going to let out a drizzle and at the worst case probably rain. It didn't stop either of the fighters from showing up though, despite one of them being late.
Once he showed up, the human saw his opponent turned out being the very same Saiyan that beat up him and the rest of the Z-Fighters years ago. In fact, he hasn't changed at all: the skin tone remaining the same and so is the messy hair length nearly resembling Yamcha's own style, the very same armor and even the scouter. He didn't know his name though, but the bandit was sure this was going to be bad. After all, he met this guy's force head on in the past already. But he couldn't show fear at all and thus arrived with a proud look, though in his mind he streamed the memories of him getting a beat from this guy and his partner.
"So you're the 'True Saiyan' guy I'm supposed to fight?"

Finally his opponent had arrived and he recognized him well. He began to laugh as the man landed. He perked up a brow after he finished his laugh. "Seems we meet again old foe." Shorty stood straight up crossing his arms. Memories past was hilarious as he remembered how this man's friends and he had fallen to Scarface and himself. "I enjoyed our last encounter so I hope this one you've at least gotten tougher. BWAHAHAHA!" He titled back his head and laughed once again.
Shorty tilted his back to face Yamucha. He brought his hand forward almost if he was going to shoot an attack off the bat. However he turned his hand facing the back of it at Yamucha and beckoned him. "I'll let you have the first free hit." He smirked. One free hit, but after that he was going to have to show this saiyan some strengths. It was possible that he had changed but only this little spar would show and also show how short it would be. Could this human really give him a good fight or not?

So this Saiyan haven't changed a bit since their last encounter. Still cocky, still tempting and still has that voice that would get on the human's nerves every time with his comments like that and the brag about his power. Not that he did any of the following of course, he only gave his opponent an easy start with a free first hit, to which Yamcha raised an eyebrow and looked at him with a weird look. "You have got to be kidding me." He said, blocking himself from swearing at this sentence with mere three words beginning with "What The".
But, it was the lad's choice to give the other fighter a chance at winning, therefore a first free hit was to be given right away. This spar started way earlier than it had up to now with the bandit's lifestyle, instead of cutting out with the talks he got directly to the fighting part, of which he started with thinking out how should he hit his opponent - then deciding clearly. Rushing towards Shorty with his full speed, the human jumped and sent out a kick directly to the Saiyan's face, feeling a little wrong with kicking his throat or neck instead. It was a sweeping kick from mid-air, directed entirely at the enemy's face - but something was wrong here. He was probably being tricked, as for why he hesitated a moment before actually getting the blow incoming.
