Okay, anything with an * next to it will not be changed, at all. So it won't be of any use to get upset over it. The staff will not change their mind about these rules and arguing with staff over these rules will result in a 1000 point loss from your power level, as well as a ten point reduction from all your stats.
*1. No controlling your opponents character. All matches will be judged by a staff member, meaning we will decide when the fight is over and determine a winner. (the same goes for staff fights. If two staff members are fighting, the staff member that isn't will be judging the match)
*2. Same as in the rp rules, you may not dodge everything. Meaning you have to take -some- hits. Yes, you may take your opponents stats into account over yours, however that does not give you the right to dodge everything. First time someone starts being the guy that doesn't get hit, it results in that person being DQ'd from the tourney
*3. No aiming below the belt or in the chest. There will be female fighters here..and much like below the belt is considered a cheap shot to guys, a hit to the chest is just as painful for women. However, accidental hits due to a slip are one thing..but you will only be allowed le-way for one slip. Second time this happens results in an automatic DQ.
*4. No Godmoding at all. As I stated, each round will be determined by one of the staff..meaning if we feel you are godmoding, then you might be. However to keep things fair as you might not realize you are you get one verbal warning. Second time it happens, you are DQ'd from the tourney and will receive a penalty of 1/2 Zeni loss, and all your stats INCLUDING Power Level will be reduced by half.
*5. Staff calls regarding your fight are -not- to be argued with. Meaning if the staff member says you are DQ'd or you lose, then you lose. However if you feel this was unjust send me a PM with the link to the fight, and I will make the final call. However do not PM me crying just because you lost.
*6. Boundaries and Ringouts: You might fight anywhere, including the air as long as you stay in view of the ring and the judge can see you. However, if you are knocked out of the air and touch anything outside of the ring i.e. the grass, the stands, the waiting room, etc. You are disqualified. Also yes, the traditional ringout also applies here.
*7. Post Length: I require your fighting posts to be a minimum of two paragraphs(6-8 sentences total. minimum of 3 sentences per paragraph). Anything less will be treated like a forfeit from whoever did it and result in automatic loss.
*8. Killing: ABSOLUTELY NOT HAPPENING IN THE TOURNAMENT. First time you kill someone in the tournament, your character will automatically get sent to Hell with the penalty of not being allowed to be wished back for a month.
9. Criticial Injury and Outside Interference: Remember what happened between Videl and Spopovich? Yes, if you intentionally continue to attack someone brutally, meaning it looks like you might kill them, outside interference will be allowed. Which means you may end up dealing with just about every single Super Saiyan on the rpg regarding your behavior. And as we all know..Super Saiyans love 'wall to wall counseling' And no, you won't be able to worm your way out of it. You got overzealous, you deal with the punishment. However, it is staff call whether or not outside interference will be allowed
