Gohan glanced backwards at Trunks, wondering if he would still be able to stop him. It had been so long and he was weak, so much weaker than he had been. Was there a reason for this or did he just deteriorate while in Other World. He used to be able to go Super Saiyan, which would have made him one of the strongest beings in the universe. Unfortunately, he couldn't do that, nor was he as physically powerful as he used to be. The androids had been able to destroy him even when he was at the peak of his power... was it even possible for him to destroy something that was so powerful when he was in such a weak state?
"It's Android 18! She's the reason I don't have an arm!" Gohan roared, his thoughts solely focused upon defeating the cybernetic terror that was in the car. The only thing he could think of was to attack the thing that had ruined his life. He put on an extra burst of speed, landing in front of the car so that 18 had one of two choices, to hit him or to stop the car and get out. It was unlikely the car would do any real damage to him but perhaps this was different if Android 18 was driving it. He glared at the driver of the car, making it clear that he wasn't planning on a friendly encounter.

Gohan was shocked by Trunk's age, staring blankly at the now grown man. He had been nine years younger than him when he had last seen him. What used to be a fourteen year old was now fully as old as he was. He took a step inside the door, his eyes darting about as if trying to find something that was out of place, dangerous. "What happened to you? Last time I saw you..." He put his hand at about the height of his shoulder. "My arm and face... you don't know? The androids..." He growled, his hand clenching as he looked down at it in most impotent rage. "I don't understand any of the questions you have, I don't even understand my own."
The sound of a car accelerating caught his ear, something that wasn't normal to him. Gohan glanced backwards, a Capsule Corp hover car zooming past. What drew his attention though was the driver. It appeared to be a young woman, blonde hair, blue eyes, nothing very unusual. Except he knew her, she had been one of the two people that had destroyed everything he held dear and then took his life. "D... Did you see whose was driving that car Trunks?" Gohan was quite surprised by this development. Maybe this was his chance for redemption. He turned to look back at the other half saiyan. "Stay here Trunks." He said simply, before launching himself out the door and after the car that Android 18 was in.

The sun was hung low, the sky turning a purplish color. The fiery orb was just beginning to dip below the horizon. It was a normal day for everyone, except Gohan. The young saiyan didn't know how to react to this, it was all too much too fast. The last time he had seen West City, it had been in ruins yet now it was just like he remembered it when he was a child. It was overwhelming to say the least. He couldn't decide if he was delusional or if something even stranger had happened. It wouldn't be the first time something beyond the realm of imagination had happened to him. He walked in a daze at first, staring at all the buildings, watching the people chat as they went down the sidewalks, and the cars go whirring by. It was as if everything he remembered had been a lie.
Gohan was heading towards Capsule Corporation, the only place that he knew would have answers. He had considered going... home, or what he had considered home when his father had been alive. He had decided to take it slowly though, wanting to confirm that Trunks and Bulma were both there before he began to hope anything. He kept on the lookout though, knowing that it was a simple day like this that his world had been flipped upside down for the third time in his life. He could see the large building from here. He gripped the rounded part of the bottom of his left arm. He almost felt like it was there sometimes, he looked down, almost as if expecting it to reappear.
Gohan stopped for a moment on the sidewalk outside before he moved up to the door, taking a deep breath. He knocked heavily on the door. He took a few steps back from the door, glancing back at the people. It was surreal, especially since he had seen this city be destroyed by two monsters. Gohan nodded to himself before stepping back up to the door and banging his only hand upon it some more. He knew that someone he knew would have to be here. Trunks, Bulma, Dr. Briefs, or Mrs. Briefs. He waited, anxious to see the door open.

Gohan had heard stories from his father about climbing this tower. He knew that it had helped Goku surpass his enemies at the time. Unfortunately, Gohan's power level seemed to have dipped to nearly nothing during his time in the Other World. He should have trained more, waiting for the day that Trunks would manage to bring him back. He looked at Korin's Tower, knowing that it would be difficult to do with only one arm, yet he was positive that he could make it, knowing that he would have to do so if he wanted to be able to get any amount of his old power back.
He approached the pole slowly, feeling rather unsure of how to approach climbing with only one arm. Usually if he needed to go somewhere high, he would have flown but his father had told him that would defeat the entire purpose of going there in the first place. He stared at the challenge with determination, his nervousness disappearing in the face of his resolve. "I can do this, just like father." He said, grabbing the ledge that was near his head.
He wrapped his arm around the pillar, taking steps up with his feet. It was going to be a long and difficult climb, he could tell. He had to stop and move his arm every few steps and he was only ten feet off of the ground and he could already tell that this was going to take some perseverance. He began to do leaps, with his arm kept around the pole so he wouldn't accidentally go flying off. "I have to do this. For Dad, for Mother,.... For Trunks!" He was beginning to find it rather difficult to do this.
Sweat was dripping into his eyes as Gohan continued his slow journey upwards. It was the second day now and his progress moved incredibly slowly. It was a good thing that the halfbreed was very determined to do this or else the cripple might have given up and gone to do some easier training. He took in deep breaths, trying to pace himself so he wouldn't fail at this rather difficult task. "Gotta keep going, can't give up." He kept repeating those words to himself, only having to think of the fate of the Z fighters to keep himself motivated.
Gohan grimaced, his third day dragging out as his strength began to wane. He knew that he probably couldn't endure a third day of this. His arm was at its limit, if only his other arm was still here. He glanced down at the stub, feeling a wave of self doubt washing over him momentarily. He shook his head, willing himself to continue on, forcing his feet to continue as his arm wrapped higher around the tower. Gohan feared that soon his reflexes would be too sluggish and he would fall. He wasn't sure that, in the state he was in, he could fly.
Gohan was gasping for air as he finally reached the top of the tower. It was the fourth day, he had taken a day longer than his father had when he was a child. Of course, it wasn't exactly fair considering that having only one arm put him at a significant disadvantage. He managed to crawl over the edge of the building, collapsing in a heap while trying to catch his breath.

Personality-
Likes- Trunks, Family, Friends, Games, Relaxation, Books Dislikes- Androids, Evil, Vegetables, Having only one arm, Fighting Over all- Gohan is a very good man at heart, although at times it may seem like he is being gruff. He tends to try to hide his emotions, afraid that if he becomes attached to others, they will end up like the Z-fighters did in his timeline. He carries a deep resentment of android. He is very forward, very determined, and will stop at nothing once he has set his mind on doing something. He is vengeful, especially when others kill innocent people or some other wrong has been done that he feels is worthy of serious punishment.
Gohan tries to enjoy the little things in life, relishing anything outside of fighting and training. He trains only to become stronger to protect other people, rather than for any actual desire to fight, having seen too much of it before he had died. He feels weak every time he is reminded of the loss of his left arm, feeling that it gives him a significant disadvantage in comparison to other people. This causes him to train harder in an attempt to overcome this and to have the ability to protect those that need it.

He will also defend friends from blows if at all possible, especially ones that could end up being fatal to them. Androids, especially 17 and 18, are evil to him, no matter what they say and what they may have done differently in this timeline. History(at least 3 good paragraphs): Gohan was born, the first child of Goku and Chi-Chi. He was born in the month of May after the 23rd World Tournament. As a child, he was easily frightened, not displaying any of the bravery or curiosity that his father had on many occasions when he had been younger. At around this time, he met his uncle Raditz, whom kidnapped him. This was the first time that Gohan released his power in anger, attacking Raditz when he injured Goku. After his father and uncle's deaths, he came under the tutelage of Piccolo, whom was much harsher in his training methods than most. Left to fend for himself, or so he thought, Gohan became much more confident while training to fight the saiyans, Nappa and Vegeta, who would be on Earth in only one year. He was turned into a Great Ape during training from Piccolo, who destroyed the moon to make the young boy revert to normal. Soon enough Nappa and Vegeta arrived, killing Yamcha, Tien, Chiaotzu, and Piccolo. Gohan did his best to fight, although occasionally his timid nature got the best of him. Goku showed up, and with help from Yajirobe, Krillin, and Gohan, managed to dispatch the two saiyans. Gohan played an integral part, although in the process his tail was chopped off by Vegeta. Krillin let the evil saiyan escape at Goku's request even though he was the reason several of their friends had died. Gohan volunteered to go to Namek to help wish back their friends with the dragon balls that were supposed to be there. While there the young half saiyan was brought to the Grand Elder Guru, who unlocked some of the potential hidden within the young boy. It still wasn't enough as Krillin and him were defeated by the Ginyu Force, although they survived thanks to the efforts of Vegeta and Goku. They eventually manage to find the Namekian Dragon Balls and are granted two of their wishes before Guru died. During the fight with Frieza, Gohan is the first one to injure him when he entered his second form. He took the injured Piccolo and Bulma to the ship, to leave Namek. He returns to stall Frieza after Goku's apparent death. When his father returned Gohan went to the ship but was teleported to Earth by Porunga on his way there. Gohan took the spotlight when the evil Garlic Jr. plotted to take over the world. He managed to avoid infection from the Black Water Mist by hiding in a cave with Icarus, a dragon. At first overwhelmed with the task, when he is joined by Krillin and Piccolo, he manages to defeat Garlic Jr. and cast him back into the Dead Zone by blowing up the Makyo Star that empowered Garlic Jr. This is where the timelines deviate from one another. Goku returns, using Instant Transmission to kill King Cold and Frieza. Unfortunately Goku died of a lethal heart virus that at the time was incurable. Soon after this the androids, 17 and 18, kill the Z Fighters. This was the event that caused Gohan to, originally, turn into a Super Saiyan, specifically when Piccolo was killed. He began to train to be able to kill the androids. Over the next thirteen years, he trained Trunks and himself to destroy the androids and avenge his fallen friends. The androids attack an amusement park while Gohan and Trunks are near. Gohan gains the upper hand until both androids attacked him. Trunks rushes in, hoping to help his mentor yet he was only a hindrance in the battle, being easily beaten by 18. Gohan intervened, saving the younger half saiyan, hiding him in a safe place, yet the androids bomb the area, and destroyed Gohan's left arm. The androids attacked a nearby city some time later, caused Gohan to prepare for battle with the mechanized menace. Trunks insisted upon going but his mentor knocked him out in an effort to keep him from dying in vain. Gohan attempted to defeat the androids yet, with their combined might, they defeated him. Gohan was killed as the two rain down energy blasts upon him. He awoke in Other World, afraid for young Trunks. He was uncertain what the young half saiyan's future held, but he was sure that Trunks would meet it head on and overcome it. Still, he felt bad for leaving the young man alone, having been his only training partner and was the closest thing to family, after Bulma, that he had. He took his time here, being rather lax in training, since it was quite obvious that he couldn't be wished back from death. Gohan eventually found himself somewhere on a planet that looked quite like Earth, yet the cities weren't destroyed and everything seemed very peaceful, almost as if it was before the androids had destroyed everything... or a very long time afterwards. He eventually gathered information that implied it was a different option altogether. The androids never became much of a menace here, at least not before something named Cell absorbed them. Unsure of what to make of this development, Gohan searches for Trunks, hoping to find something familiar.[/size] Rp Sample[/u] Gohan stared into the distance at West City, it had been so long since he had seen it whole with no destroyed buildings and people, actual people not half robots, walking around. His fist clenched, old memories bringing up painful thoughts. Those androids would pay if he ever saw them again. He didn't care what form they took here. He began walking towards the distant city, wanting to check Capsule Corporation first. That would be the most likely place to find Trunks, Bulma, or anyone that he recognized. He'd heard rumors of other people... but he didn't want to be let down when he went looking for those that were already dead and gone. Gohan could feel his apprehension building, not wanting it all to be a lie. He let out a heavy sigh as he continued on his way, unable to force himself to speed the process up. Everything just seemed so different from what he remembered. Ever since the Z fighters had died, everyone had lived in fear of what might happen when the androids showed up, yet this city stood in defiance of what Gohan knew to be true. He became acutely aware of the fact that his gut was trying to twist into a knot. Was this some kind of sick delusion his mind had made to cope with having lost everything except Trunks? He couldn't decide, it was too soon to discount anything though. Tell us about yourself:
